  • RIDE is a 45 minute class focussed on riding to the beat of the music. The cadence is determined by the beat and the BPM of a song. These rides will typically have choreography included and will build cardio as it is continuous. This ride can also incorporate a 5 minute weight track to give the riders a different experience.

  • POWER RIDE is a 45-minute class focusing on performance without limiting yourself by following a set of numbers or statistics. The instructor guides the riders through a class that will take them on a journey of heavy climbs and interval sprints. These classes are geared toward those who enjoy road biking and are looking for a different challenge.
