Our Classes

 
  • RIDE is a 45 minute class focussed on riding to the beat of the music. The cadence is determined by the beat and the BPM of a song. These rides will typically have choreography included and will build cardio as it is continuous. This ride can also incorporate a 5 minute weight track to give the riders a different experience.

  • RIDE ON is a 45 minute class focussed on performance, without limiting yourself by following a set of numbers or statistics. The instructor is there to guide the riders through a class that will take them on a journey of heavy climbs and interval sprints. These classes are geared towards those who enjoy road biking and are looking for a different kind of challenge. This ride can also incorporate a 5 minute weight track to give the riders a different experience.

 
  • BOXING classes are 60 minutes long and incorporate strength and conditioning as well as the teaching of basic techniques to perfect your punch. Each class is designed to push you on both glove on and glove off exercises. These classes are for all levels of skill as they can be elevated by the instructor at any point.

 
  • S&C classes are 60 minutes long focussed on giving every client a personalized experience when training HIIT style. Coaches are present to guide everyone through different exercises, correcting technique and form while also pushing everyone to reach new goals and progressing in areas of strength. Clients are urged to let the instructor know what area of their body they would like to work on so they get the most out of every class.

  • Circuit classes are an hour long HIIT style & time based. These circuits are done in groups of 2-3 (coaches' decisions based on number of people signed up for the class)), as a team, with pre-planned stations for each group to go through in order to transition as a class.

 
  • Stretch & Mobility is a 45 minute class to improve overall range of motion and increase your body’s mobility. This class will help you with active recovery while also incorporating dynamic movements with passive stretching.

 

BLACKOUT BRANDED:

  • FOCUS style can be applied to any BLACKOUT class. This means that the class will be geared towards highlighting the importance of technique and form. While these classes are “focussed” they are also advanced for those who want to gain knowledge of how to perfect their skill set.

  • BOLD style can be applied to any BLACKOUT class. These classes are for those who want to challenge themselves in an advanced style class. Coaches will push harder on the exercises or challenges; testing limits as well as mental strength.
