BOOKING WINDOW

  • Booking window for the following week of classes will go live every Sunday at 6pm. This will mean that once it is 6pm, clients will be able to register their spot in class.

    Each BLACKOUT gym offers multiple classes a day, seven days a week. Classes can be booked through your account on MarianaTek a week in advance or at any time prior to class pending an available spot. To book a spot in class, you must have paid classes/packages available in your account.

    Booking a spot in a SPIN class includes choosing where in the room you want to be positioned. We encourage all first time clients to choose a spot where they feel most comfortable, whether that is in the front or the back. To reserve a spot in a STRENGTH & CONDITIONING / CIRCUIT / BOXING class all you will need to do is reserve a spot - not specific to a position in the room.

WAITLIST POLICY

  • If your selected class is full, join the waitlist! In order to sign up to a waitlist, you must have an available class credit that will get redeemed at the time of sign up (you will not be able to use the same credit to book another class unless you are using a class package with multiple credits left).

  • If a spot opens up, you will automatically be added into the class, and will receive an email notification. No confirmation is required by the client. The standard cancellation policy will be in effect (you will need to cancel 12+ hours prior to the class in order to be refunded the credit).

  • If you are still on the waitlist at this time, and if a bike opens up, then you will be added into the class and notified by email. No confirmation is required by the client. During this window, a cancellation will result in a charge (unlimited packages) or a loss of credit (class packages) since it is within our 12 hour cancellation policy. However, at any time while still on the waitlist prior to being added into the class, you can cancel without losing your credit.

  • Clients still on the waitlist 1 hour prior to class will only be notified by phone call if a spot opens up. Please be available for our call, if the client cannot be reached or decides to not take the spot, they will NOT be charged. If the rider does confirm to be added into the class, but is a no show or cancels prior to the class, standard cancellation policy will apply. If the client cannot be reached we will move on to the next person on our waitlist in order to fill the spot.

 

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

  • If you cannot make it to a class please be sure to cancel 12 hours or more prior to the class window expires! If the cancellation happens 12 or more hours before the scheduled class your account will be credited for the class and you will not be charged a “late cancellation fee”. If canceled within the 12-hour late cancellation window, class credit holders will lose that 1 credit and for unlimited membership contract clients you will automatically be charged a $10 late cancellation fee.

    If you fail to cancel and “no show” the class, class credit holders will lose the credit whereas unlimited membership holders will be charged a $20 no show fee.
